You are invited to attend two important upcoming public meetings on the South Sloan’s Lake (St. Anthony) redevelopment project. These meetings will focus on the proposed General Development Plan (GDP) for the area generally bound by West 17th Avenue, West Colfax Avenue, North Perry Street and North Stuart Street. The GDP is used to establish a framework for future land use and development and resulting public infrastructure. An approved GDP constitutes approval of a master development plan that will guide all future improvements within the defined GDP boundaries.
- A public meeting will be held on December 3, 2013 from 6:00pm to 7:30pm at Cheltenham Elementary School (1580 Julian Street, Denver, CO 80204) to present the most recent General Development Plan (GDP) to the community. This is sponsored by EFG-South-Sloan’s Lake and the Denver Office of Community Planning and Development. Public comments must be submitted in advance of the meeting and received no later than November 18, 2013.
**Please note** prior submissions to the office of Community Planning & Development and/or Theresa Lucero will not be counted. You will need to resubmit your comments regarding the GDP no later than November 18, 2013.

Webb Municipal Office Building (201 West Colfax Avenue, Room 4.F.6/4.G.2, Denver, CO 80202). All interested parties are invited to attend the hearing and present oral and written comments.
