TODAY: Parking Restrictions for Kenny Chesney – Jason Aldean Concert

As country fans rock out to Kenny Chesney and Jason Aldean at Sports Authority Field at Mile High, Denver Public Works Right of Way Enforcement Agents will be enforcing posted parking regulations today, Saturday, August 8, during the concert. Residents and visitors to the Sports Authority Field area on Saturday should follow all posted parking regulations.

Heavy traffic delays are expected after 1pm on Saturday. It is advised to get to the stadium early and allow up to an extra hour of commuting time. Use of public transportation to the event is highly encouraged. Sports Authority Field at Mile High is easily accessible by light rail or bus. Sports Authority Field is also conveniently located adjacent to Denver bike paths and the stadium is equipped with over three hundred individual bike racks to secure bikes once on site.

A limited amount of cash parking will be available in the stadium lots for $20-30 a space. For more information on these parking lots, please visit www.sportsauthorityfieldatmilehigh.com/stadium-information/parking-transportation. Once on-site parking has sold out, overflow parking will be available at Auraria Campus and the Pepsi Center for $10 a space.

Posted signs in the stadium area restrict parking to vehicles with the correct residential parking permit posted in the window from 12:00pm to 9:00pm on Saturday and Sunday. Those vehicles that park without appropriate permits will be cited.
