A Demolition Application has been submitted for 1568 Wolff Street. Community Planning and Development (CPD) Staff has found the building to have potential for designation. The building will be posted for 21 days, on August 12, 2016, for comments or a designation to be brought forward. If a notice of intent to file a designation is submitted within 14 days of the posting then the posting period will be extended to 28 days. The 14 day time period will expire at 4:30pm on August 26, 2016. The 21 day posting period will expire at 4:30pm on September 2, 2016.
If the posting period elapses and an application for historic designation is not received by CPD Landmark Preservation staff, then the Landmark demolition approval will be granted on either September 6, 2016 or September 12, 2016. If an application for historic designation, along with the applicable fee, is received then the designation process will be followed.
